Simply put, an industry search will return more results but it will be less specific and an individual search will return fewer results and be more specific. For an individual search you choose the exact business type you want to target. For an industry search you select the industry and our platform will find businesses within that industry. Another difference is the template mockups are only available for an individual search. Depending on the amount of results you requested, initial data are typically returned within 30 seconds to a couple of minutes. However, additional processing such as pre qualification checks, Lighthouse reports, mockup site creation, SEO scoring and verifying whether a website is functional will take longer. If you feel your search is taking too long, please contact support at support@leadbuckets.co, and we'll be happy to assist you.

In order to make a search you need to have greater than or equal to 20 credits. Upgrade your account to get more credits or contact us at support@leadbuckets.co if you think there's a problem.

Failures can occur for a number of reasons. If a failure happens, don't worry your credits will be automatically refunded. If you have any concerns, please contact our support at support@leadbuckets.co.

If you set the limit to 1000 and perform a search in a small town or village, there may not be 1000 relevant businesses available. Any unused credits will be automatically refunded once the search has completed.

Its unlikely that a search will not yield any results. When making your search ensure you enter a city, town or village. Searching country wide will lead to issues.

The underlying data comes from Google Maps. If you make the same search twice, you will get duplicated results. During a search, we deduplicate and ensure that only unique relevant businesses are returned, but it is your responsibility to keep track of what searches you have made.

You need to keep track of your searches to avoid duplicates. Since our data comes from Google Maps, businesses near location boundaries can appear in multiple searches. For example, searching for plumbers in Midtown Manhattan and then Hell's Kitchen will likely return many of the same results. To prevent this, strategically plan your searches by dividing them across different industries and locations.

Initial data with basic contact information will be ready in anything from a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Additional analysis will take longer. A search with a limit of 1000 will take approximately 15 mins. However, this may vary depending on load.

The mock-up sites will only be created for a search type of 'individual'.
